Joan Chintz has been practicing real estate since 1991. Twenty-two of those years have been dedicated to a residential property in the San Francisco Bay Area. Having recently moved to Carlsbad, North County San Diego, Joan continues her real estate practice with Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in Carlsbad. Using her sixteen years, in the field of education, Joan will continue to serve the real estate needs of first-time home buyers, as she guides them through the learning process, as well as, families that are downsizing or relocating in or out of the local area.
 
As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Joan is committed to meeting the real estate needs of seniors and their family members. She has the training and credentials necessary to counsel 50+ clients and their families through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling their family homes.
